These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.travelthere.in and the travel services provided by TravelThere Services LLP (LLPIN: ACY-7429), trading as Travel There, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at Enkay Tower, Plot B B1, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Dundahera, Gurgaon – 122016, Haryana, India.
"Company" means TravelThere Services LLP (trading as Travel There), its designated partners, employees and agents.
"Client" / "You" means the individual or entity submitting an enquiry or booking through our services.
"Supplier" means any third-party provider including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers, car rental companies and visa agencies through whom Travel There arranges travel services.
"Services" means all travel booking, consultation, visa assistance and related services provided by the Company.
Travel There is a travel intermediary and booking agent. We do not directly operate, own or control any airline, hotel, cruise ship, car rental company, insurance policy or government visa authority.
All flight tickets, hotel bookings, cruise packages and insurance products are fulfilled by and issued through authorised, IATA-accredited supply partners. The Company arranges these services on your behalf but is not the principal service provider.
By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept our intermediary status.
3.1 Submitting an enquiry through this website or via phone/WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when (a) the Company has confirmed availability in writing, (b) the Client has accepted the quoted price, and (c) payment has been received in full.
3.2 Travel There will use its best efforts to secure the fare or package quoted. However, fares can change between the time of quotation and the time of payment. In such cases, the Company will inform you of the revised fare prior to ticketing.
3.3 All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where specified.
4.1 Fares quoted are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking. Airline fares are dynamic and may change without notice.
4.2 Confirmed prices will be provided in writing. The Company is not responsible for fare increases that occur between initial quotation and booking confirmation.
4.3 A non-refundable service fee may apply on certain bookings as disclosed at the time of quotation.
4.4 All applicable taxes, surcharges, airport charges and government levies are the responsibility of the Client.
5.1 Payment must be made in full before any tickets, vouchers or booking confirmations are issued.
5.2 Accepted payment methods include: VISA, Mastercard, UPI, RuPay, Net Banking, and EMI where available.
5.3 The Company issues GST-compliant tax invoices for all bookings.
5.4 International payments may be subject to currency conversion charges by your bank. The Company is not responsible for such charges.
6.1 Cancellation policies vary by Supplier and ticket type. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded once issued.
6.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@travelthere.in with the booking reference.
6.3 Any applicable Supplier refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to Supplier processing timelines, which are outside the Company's control.
6.4 The Company's service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

7.1 It is the Client's sole responsibility to hold valid travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for the journey.
7.2 Where the Company provides visa assistance, this is a documentation facilitation service only. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority. The Company provides no guarantee of visa issuance.
7.3 Travel There is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages arising from a Client being refused boarding, refused entry, or detained due to inadequate or incorrect travel documents.
All Supplier bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, insurer). Clients are advised to read these Supplier terms before confirming any booking. The Company will make these available on request.
9.1 Travel There's liability to the Client is limited to the amount of the Company's service fee received for the specific booking in question.
9.2 The Company is not liable for: (a) any Supplier's acts, omissions, or negligence; (b) flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes by airlines; (c) hotel overbooking or service failures by accommodation providers; (d) loss of baggage, personal property or documents; (e) any injury, illness, death, or loss arising during travel; (f) any visa refusal or immigration decision by any government authority.
9.3 The Company excludes all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, extreme weather, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, the Company will use its reasonable endeavours to provide alternative arrangements.
The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian data protection legislation. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website, including text, design, logo, graphics and data, is the property of TravelThere Services LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written consent of the Company.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on this website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
