This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through TravelThere Services LLP (LLPIN: ACY-7429), trading as Travel There. As a travel intermediary, our ability to process refunds is subject to the policies of our Suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other service providers).
Travel There charges a service fee on applicable bookings. This service fee covers our consultation, booking management and post-booking support services. This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where the underlying travel product is cancelled or refunded.
Most low-cost and promotional airline tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel such a ticket, no refund of the base fare will be issued by the airline. Travel There's service fee is also non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation for all non-refundable bookings.
Where the airline permits a refund (typically full-service carriers on fully flexible fares), we will submit a refund request on your behalf. The refund amount will be as determined by the airline, less any applicable cancellation penalty, taxes not returned by the airline, and our service fee.
Date and route changes are subject to airline fare rules. Additional fare differences, change fees levied by the airline, and our administration fee will apply. We cannot guarantee that changes will always be possible.
If an airline cancels your flight, you are typically entitled to a refund or rebooking under the airline's own policy. We will facilitate your options with the airline; however, the final outcome is determined solely by the airline.
Holiday package cancellation policies are a composite of the policies of all Suppliers involved (airline, hotel, transfers). Cancellation charges increase as the departure date approaches:
Specific penalties will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking for each package.
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Some rates are non-refundable; others may be cancelled free of charge up to a specified period before check-in. The applicable policy will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.
Visa assistance fees are non-refundable once the documentation review process has commenced. This applies regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy is issued. Cancellation of a travel insurance policy is subject to the terms of the insurer. Please review your policy document for details.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Your request must include: (a) your full name, (b) booking reference number (TT-2026-XXXXXX), (c) travel dates and route, and (d) reason for cancellation.
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and advise on the applicable refund (if any) within 5 business days.
Travel There has no control over airline or Supplier refund processing timelines.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances (pandemics, natural disasters, war, government-imposed travel bans), refund eligibility will be determined by the Supplier's force majeure policy. Travel There will act as your advocate with Suppliers but cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
