Travelthere Services LLP ("Travel There", "we", "us") is a human-assisted travel consultancy registered in India (LLPIN: ACY-7429), with its office at Enkay Tower, Plot B B1, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurgaon – 122016, Haryana.
We are a travel intermediary and consultancy. We are not an airline, a GDS, or a ticketing system. Flight options shown on our website are indicative and based on our route knowledge; all fares and availability are confirmed by our consultants on enquiry.
We do not display live fares or process instant ticketing online. When you request a fare, our consultants research available options and respond with the best available fare, which is subject to airline availability at the time of confirmation.
Each enquiry is assigned a reference number (format TT-2026-XXXXXX). Quoting this number helps us assist you faster.
Payments, where applicable, are collected only after a fare is confirmed and you choose to proceed. We use secure third-party payment channels.
Airline and supplier rules govern cancellations and changes. Applicable charges will be communicated before any action is taken.
We act in good faith to source the best options. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, denied boarding, visa refusals, or events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
