These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by TravelThere Services LLP (“TravelThere”, “we”, “us”). By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Role
TravelThere Services LLP acts as an independent travel facilitator and intermediary. We assist you in arranging travel by coordinating with third-party suppliers. We do not own or operate any airline, hotel, cruise line or insurance product.
2. Third-Party Suppliers
Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, airlines, hotels, cruise operators, insurers and travel partners, each subject to their own terms and conditions, fare rules, baggage policies and cancellation rules. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms before confirming any booking.
3. Quotes, Availability & Pricing
- All prices, fares and availability are determined by the relevant suppliers and may change until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
- Any estimate shared during consultation is indicative and subject to live availability at the time of booking.
- Applicable taxes, supplier fees and service charges will be communicated before you confirm.
4. Documentation & Travel Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, permits and any health or entry requirements for your journey. While we provide visa guidance and assistance, the final decision on any visa rests solely with the relevant authority. We are not liable for denied entry or refused visas.
5. Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after the required payment is received and the supplier issues a confirmation. Payment terms vary by service and supplier and will be communicated to you in advance.
6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms of the applicable supplier and our Refund Policy. Supplier penalties, fare differences and non-refundable components may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, our responsibility is limited to arranging services with reasonable care. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or service failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
